- Prescott (pronounced Preskitt, like biscuit) by the locals; was the State Capitol in the early days of AZ. There is so much history in and around the area, you can’t help but immerse yourself once you arrive. Less than 10 minutes from downtown Prescott, enjoy all the small town events and parades for New Years, the 4th of July and Christmas. The annual Tree Lighting ceremony in the City Square is a must see event.
- Prescott Valley AZ is a very diverse location, with plenty of wide open spaces too. Located about 25 minutes from Historic Whiskey Row in Prescott, you can find homes to fit almost any price range. - If you’d like to be in a mature master planned community that has a clubhouse, amenities, and a welcoming feel, then Pronghorn Ranch will be your preference. A serene setting boasting tree lined streets greets you when you visit this area of Prescott Valley. Nightly, you’ll enjoy a level 5 black sky area, where the stars shine like diamonds on black velvet. You can even see the milky way; it’s spectacular.
